FINALLY!

So.. After years and months and weeks of craving and wanting and loving this thing, I finally went out and splurged on a little mixer that I've wanted for a long, long time now! I finally got my hands on a Kenwood Kmix KMX51!

Having saved a little money, and starting to bake more and more, I decided it was really time for me to treat myself to this little guy. Not being able to find it in any store, finally ordering online and getting it on your doorstep the next day. Yay!

 

As you can see it's already in good use! Having made spongecake, chocolate topping, meringues and nougat, this guy is already my new best friend!
