Berry Quark cups

 
There is a last time for everything and today was one of those days. My last day of internship! I Always like to bake for everyone and this time i made some berry quark cups.
 
Taking a normal 12 cup cupcake tin and putting it upside down is a great way to make puff pastry cups! Just roll out some puffpastry and cut out circles which you lay on the little cupcake tins. When baked they make the perfect cups!
Usually I fill them with pastry cream and strawberry's, but this time I took it to another level.
 
These are puff pastry cups with a chocolate layer, then filled with cheesecake and berry's, topped with raspberry meringue and rose flavoured white chocolate curls!
